Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pratt Standard Cocktail Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Orders placed by Monday at 5PM will be shipped by Friday at 5PM.
We use UPS Ground to deliver our orders. Most orders arrive within 3 business days of shipment.
Once shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking information.
Wholesale shipping is always free.
Faster Shipping Options
If you require a shipping method faster than 5 business days please email email@example.com or call (215) 817-4828 BEFORE placing your order. Shipping fees may differ from what is shown if a quicker shipping option is requested.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
With our prior approval and proof of defective product, defective unopened product will be refunded or replaced at no charge, with no need to return the defective item. Simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. What qualifies as defective is determined on a case by case basis by our team.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
