0.5 oz True Ginger Syrup
0.25 oz islay scotch
Candied Ginger Slice for Garnish
Combine blended scotch, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Top with Islay Scotch and garnish with candied ginger.
